Zucchini Jam
Zucchini Jam is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. shredded zucchini, 2 c. crushed pineapple, 1/4 c. lemon juice, 6 c. sugar and 1 box sure-jell, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cook zucchini 10 minutes until clear, using some of pineapple juice in the cooking.
Then add 2 cups pineapple, lemon juice, sugar and box of Sure-Jell.
Bring to rolling boil.
Boil for 5 minutes; remove from heat, then add orange jello.
Stir well; put into jars and seal.
