Beat eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla until thick.
Stir in flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg, baking powder, dates or raisins, nuts, zucchini and pineapple.
Mix well.
Pour into 2 well-greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or until bread tests done with a toothpick.
Freezes well.
