Zucchini Crescent Pie
Zucchini Crescent Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. thinly sliced zucchini, 1 c. chopped onion, 1/4 to 1/2 c. margarine, 2 tbsp. parsley flakes and 1/4 tsp. garlic powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook and stir zucchini and onions in margarine for 10 minutes. Stir in parsley, salt, pepper, garlic powder and oregano.
Beat 2 eggs and add cheese.
Add to zucchini mixture.
Separate crescent rolls into 8 triangles and place in 9-inch ungreased pie pan, joining edges together.
Spread mustard over crust, then pour in zucchini.
Bake at 375Β° for 18 to 20 minutes.
