Zucchini Cookies
Zucchini Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. oleo, 1 c. sugar, 1 egg, 1 c. zucchini, shredded and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cream together oleo and sugar; add egg and vanilla.
Mix together the flour, soda, cinnamon, cloves and salt.
Add to creamed mixture.
Add zucchini, chopped nuts and raisins.
Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool.
Frost with icing.
