Zucchini Cookies
Zucchini Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. grated zucchini, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. oleo, 1 egg, beaten and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

By hand or with mixer, mix oleo, sugar and egg until smooth. Add salt, baking soda, cinnamon and cloves. Mix, then add zucchini and flour.
Fold in nuts or raisins.
Drop by spoon onto greased baking sheet. Bake 12 to 15 minutes in a 375Β° oven.
These are soft cookies.
