Zucchini Cookies
Zucchini Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. grated zucchini, drained well, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 c. sugar, 1/3 c. margarine and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
In a large mixing bowl, combine zucchini, baking soda, sugar, margarine and egg.
Sift together dry ingredients and blend into zucchini mixture.
Stir in raisins and nuts.
Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.
Makes two dozen.
