Sift first 6 ingredients.
Add dry ingredients to egg mixture and beat well.
Add orange juice, zucchini and beat well.
Add lemon peel and nuts.
Pour into 2 large or 3 medium-size loaf pans that have been oiled and floured.
Bake at 350Β° for 60 minutes or until done.
Test with toothpick.
This freezes well.
