Zucchini Casserole
Zucchini Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. stove top dressing (chicken flavored), 1 stick oleo, melted, 8 to 10 c. zucchini, seeds and peels removed, 1 c. sliced onion and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix dressing and oleo and put half in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Boil zucchini and onion for 5 minutes and drain.
Add soup, cream and zucchini, then put zucchini in cake pan and top with rest of stuffing.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
