Zucchini Casserole
Zucchini Casserole is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 14 minutes. Cut zucchini like French fries.
In frying pan, fry zucchini with onions in butter.
Place lid on pan and continue cooking until onions are tender.
Add salt and pepper.
Put zucchini mixture into a large casserole dish sprayed with Pam.
Add the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, stuffing and sauce; mix well.
Sprinkle some cheese on top and back at 375 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
