Zucchini Casserole
Zucchini Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. zucchini, shredded, 3 eggs, beaten, 2 c. chopped velveeta cheese, 1/2 c. cracker crumbs and 1/2 c. melted oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix everything together except oleo and 1/2 of cracker crumbs. Put in baking dish and put rest of cracker crumbs on top.
Pour melted oleo on top of crumbs.
Bake at 350Β°.
