Zucchini Casserole
Zucchini Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. sliced zucchini or summer squash, 1/4 c. onion, chopped, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 c. sour cream and 1 c. carrots, shredded, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Boil zucchini and onion in water for 5 minutes.
Drain.
Mix soup and sour cream, then add carrots, then zucchini and onion. Mix butter and stuffing mix with a fork.
Place half of the Stove Top mix in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Then add vegetable filling. Top with remaining Stove Top mix.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes, uncovered.
