Zucchini Casserole
Zucchini Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, beaten, 1 c. pepperidge farm herb stuffing, 4 medium zucchini squash, grated, 1 small onion, grated and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix beaten eggs, herb stuffing, squash, onion, salt and pepper.
Add melted butter.
Pour into a greased casserole dish and top with grated cheese.
