Zucchini Casserole
Zucchini Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 medium size zucchini, sliced, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 medium onion, 1/2 lb. elbow macaroni, cooked and 1 c. romano cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Slice zucchini in thin round slices.
Fry ground beef with onion. Cover bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking oil. Layer zucchini, beef, noodles and cheese until you end up with zucchini on top with remaining cheese on top of the zucchini. Pour tomato soup on top and the 1 1/2 cans of water.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
