Zucchini Casserole
Zucchini Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 c. zucchini, cut in small bite size pieces, 2 carrots, shredded, 1 onion, grated, 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted and 1/2 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook zucchini 5 minutes and drain.
Mix butter with half of the bread crumbs, then mix with other ingredients.
The other half of the bread crumbs go on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes. Cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery soup may be used.
