Zucchini Casserole
Zucchini Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 oz. pkg. chicken flavor dressing mix, 1 c. water, 1 stick margarine, melted, 3 c. zucchini, sliced and 1 large onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix dressing, water and margarine; put in bottom of baking dish (save enough to sprinkle on top).
Sprinkle chicken on top of dressing.
Cook zucchini and onion 5 minutes.
Drain well.
Mix soup and sour cream and add to zucchini and onion.
Pour over dressing and chicken.
Sprinkle rest of dressing on top.
Bake, uncovered, at 400Β° for 45 minutes.
