Zucchini Casserole
Zucchini Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 c. sliced zucchini, salt water, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 box stove top dressing (spice and all) and 1 stick butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Boil zucchini for 3 minutes in salt water.
Drain.
Add cream of chicken soup.
Mix dressing (spice and all) with butter in an 8 x 10-inch baking dish.
Layer 1/2 dressing mix, cream of mushroom soup and rest of dressing.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
Makes a large dish.
