Zucchini Casserole
Zucchini Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. margarine, favorite stuffing mix, 2 c. zucchini chunks, cooked and drained, 1 c. grated carrots and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In casserole bottom melt margarine.
Pour in some favorite stuffing mix.
Save some for top.
Add zucchini chunks and carrots. Mix sour cream, cream of celery soup and chopped onion.
Pour over zucchini and carrots.
Top with remaining stuffing mix.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
