Zucchini Casserole

Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Put zucchini in pan uncooked. Brown meat and onion; add rice and seasonings.
Cover zucchini with meat mixture.
Spoon cottage cheese on top of meat.
Spread soup over cheese.
Cover with shredded cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for about 50 minutes or until cheese gets a little browned.
