Zucchini Casserole
Zucchini Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 4 zucchini, 2 medium tomatoes, 1 large onion, bacon bits and bits of margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cut zucchini into lengthwise pieces about 2 to 3 inches long and quartered.
Boil in salty water until tender.
Drain.
Cut up tomatoes and onion.
Mix all 3 ingredients.
Top with heavy layer of bacon bits.
Scatter bits of margarine on top of bacon bits. Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
