Zucchini Casserole
Zucchini Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. chopped zucchini, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 c. grated carrots, 1 family size chicken flavored stove top dressing and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Cook zucchini, onion and carrots in water 15 minutes; drain. Melt oleo and stir into stuffing.
Add enough water to moisten. Spread 1/2 stuffing in a greased 10-inch casserole.
Mix salad dressing, sour cream and soup into drained vegetables and mix lightly.
Put all on top of stuffing.
Add rest of stuffing on top of vegetables.
Bake 30 minutes at 350Β°.
Serves 8 to 10.
