Zucchini Casserole
Zucchini Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. sliced zucchini, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. sour cream and 1 c. shredded carrots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Steam zucchini, onion and carrots for 5 minutes.
Drain well. Combine soup and sour cream.
Stir in zucchini mixture.
Spread 1/2 of the stuffing mixture on bottom of greased casserole dish. Spoon in zucchini and top with remainder of stuffing.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
