Zucchini Carrot Cake
Zucchini Carrot Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. sugar, 1 c. vegetable oil, 3 eggs, 1 1/2 c. grated zucchini and 1 c. grated carrots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream sugar and oil.
Beat in eggs.
Add zucchini and carrots. In separate bowl, sift together dry ingredients and add gradually to zucchini-carrot mixture.
Stir in orange juice, rind and nuts. Bake in greased loaf or tube pan at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes. Check for doneness.
Cool and remove.
