Zucchini Cake
Zucchini Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. grated zucchini, 3 c. sugar, 1 1/4 c. oil, 4 eggs and 3 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cream together zucchini, sugar, oil and eggs.
Combine dry ingredients and gradually add to creamed mixture.
Pour into well-greased and sugared Bundt cake pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 to 1 1/3 hours.
Immediately after removing from oven, run knife around edge of pan and center to loosen cake.
Let cool completely before removing from pan.
Pour Vanilla Glaze over and let set.
