Zucchini Cake
Zucchini Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 4 eggs, 1 1/2 c. oil, 3 c. grated zucchini and 3 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Blend sugar, eggs and oil.
Add grated zucchini.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with Pam.
Bake at 300Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
Best when iced with cream cheese frosting.
Also freezes well.
If freezing, frost after thawing.
