Zucchini Bread
Zucchini Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 well beaten eggs, 2 c. sugar, 1 c. crisco oil, 3 c. sifted flour and 3/4 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix together eggs, sugar and Crisco oil.
Mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt and combine with first mixture.
Mix vanilla, zucchini and pecans with the rest. Put in well-greased and floured loaf pans (2).
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour and 10 minutes (45 minutes if in 6 small pans).
