Coat two 4 X 8 inch pans with non-stick spray.

In a large bowl, beat eggs.

Stir in oil, plain yogurt, honey, zucchini and vanilla.

Stir into egg mixture until well blended.

Stir in raisins and nuts.

Bake 40-45 minutes at 350Β°.
