👨🍳 Instructions
Combine oil, eggs, sugar, zucchini and vanilla in a large bowl.
Blend well.
Stir in flour, soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
Do not beat.

Bake in two greased loaf pans at 325° to 350° for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
