Zucchini Bread
Zucchini Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1 c. salad oil, 2 1/2 c. sugar, 2 c. grated raw zucchini, unpeeled and 2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Beat eggs until foamy, gradually beat in oil and sugar. Add zucchini, cinnamon, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Mix well.
Gradually blend in flour, mixing each addition.
Fold in chopped nuts, and chips.
Pan or loaf pans, filling 3/4 full.
Bake in 350Β° oven hour. Great with cream cheese.
