Zucchini Bread

Combine sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla.
Stir in zucchini.
Blend in dry ingredients.
Stir in 1/2 cup nuts and 1/2 cup raisins or 1 cup nuts or 1 cup raisins.
Bake in 2 (5 x 8-inch) loaf pans at 350Β° for 1 hour or until done.
Cool 20 minutes on rack before removing from pan.
