Zucchini Bread
Zucchini Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. flour, 2 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. baking powder and 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and nuts.
Set aside.
Beat eggs slightly in a large mixing bowl.
Add sugar, oil and vanilla.
Beat until creamy.
Stir in zucchini and pineapple.
Add dry ingredients, stirring only until moistened. Spoon batter into two well-greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Cool 10 minutes.
Remove from pan.
