Zucchini Bread
Zucchini Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. flour, 2 tsp. soda, 1 tsp. salt, 3 eggs and 2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine flour, soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and nuts. Set aside.
Beat eggs in large bowl and add sugar, oil and vanilla.
Beat until creamy.
Stir in zucchini and pineapple.
Add dry ingredients.
Stir only until dry ingredients are moistened. Pour in two well-greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or until done when tested.
