Add sugar, oil and zucchini, beating after each addition.
Ingredients to zucchini mixture. Add nuts and vanilla.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour for 2 loaves,
30 minutes for 12 "Texas" muffins and 20 minutes for 24 regular muffins.
