Zucchini Bread
Zucchini Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. crisco oil, 2 c. sugar, 2 c. grated zucchini, 3 c. flour and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cream together the oil, sugar and eggs.
Add vanilla and zucchini.
In separate bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon.
Stir into zucchini mixture.
Add raisins and nuts, if desired.
Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 to 60 minutes.
Makes 2 loaves.
