Zucchini Bread
Zucchini Bread is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 c. oil, 3 eggs, 2 c. zucchini, shredded and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix together well the first 5 ingredients.
Sift together white flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, salt and soda.
Add to sifted ingredients the wheat flour, wheat germ, bran and pecans.
Add the flour mixture to zucchini mixture.
Bake in 2 loaf pans for 1 hour at 325Β°.
