Zucchini Bread

Cream sugar and oil.
Add eggs and vanilla, beating well.
Add zucchini.
Sift flour, baking powder, soda, salt, cinnamon and ginger.

Add pecans. Pour in two loaf pans, greased and floured. Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour.
