Zucchini Bread
Zucchini Bread is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. grated zucchini, 2 c. flour, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. baking soda and 1/2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Preheat oven to 325Β°.
Grease loaf pans.
Grate the zucchini; set aside.
Stir together the dry ingredients.
Make a well inside and pour in the liquid.
Stir to blend well, then stir in the zucchini and nuts.
Pile into greased loaf pan or mini loaf pans. Bake 1 1/4 hours for loaf, 40 to 50 minutes for smaller loaves depending on size.
Makes 1 large or 2 small loaves.
