Zucchini Bake is an easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 zucchini and 4 to 6 oz. monterey jack cheese with jalapeños, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
👨🍳 Instructions
Peel and cut into sections zucchini.
Steam zucchini just long enough to soften.
Place zucchini in 9 x 13-inch buttered baking dish.
Top zucchini with Monterey Jack cheese.
Cover. Bake in 200° oven for approximately 5 minutes, just long enough to melt cheese.
Or, you may place in microwave for approximately 1 minute.
