Zucchini Bake
Zucchini Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can mushroom soup, 1/2 c. sour cream, 4 c. sliced cooked zucchini and 1 c. shredded carrots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In 2 qt. baking dish (12 x 8 x 2) combine all ingredients except stuffing mix and butter.
Toss stuffing mix with butter and put over vegetable mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
