Zucchini Bake
Zucchini Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can creamy chicken mushroom soup, 1/2 c. sour cream, 4 c. cooked zucchini, mashed, 1 c. shredded carrot and 1/4 c. onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In 2-quart shallow baking dish, combine all ingredients, except reserve 1/2 of the margarine and 1/2 stuffing mix.
Melt margarine.
Toss remaining stuffing mix with melted margarine and spoon over vegetable mix.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
