Zucchini Bake
Zucchini Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1/2 c. sour cream, 4 c. sliced cooked zucchini, 1 c. shredded carrots and 1/4 c. onion, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine all ingredients except stuffing mix and butter.
Place in 2-quart baking dish.
Toss stuffing mix with butter and spoon over vegetables.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Makes about 6 cups.
