Zipilli Dough
Zipilli Dough is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 9 c. flour, 6 tsp. salt, 6 tbsp. sugar, 6 eggs (room temperature) and 3 dry yeast cakes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix the first three ingredients in bowl.
Dissolve yeast cakes in 2 cups of warm water.
Beat in eggs.
Add to flour ingredients and 2 cups water.
Keep mixing by hand until all is mixed.
Let rise in warm place until double.
Take tablespoon at a time and drop into hot fat.
Makes 80.
