Zesty Snack Mix
Zesty Snack Mix is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 c. prepared popcorn, 1 1/2 c. dry roasted unsalted mixed nuts or peanuts, 3 tbsp. margarine, melted, 2 tbsp. grey poupon dijon mustard and 1 (0.7 oz.) pkg. italian salad dressing mix or 1/4 c. italian dressing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In large bowl, combine popcorn and nuts.
In small bowl, combine margarine, mustard and salad dressing mix.
Pour over popcorn mixture, tossing to coat well.
Spread in 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch baking pan.
Bake at 325Β° for 15 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes.
Remove from oven; stir in raisins.
Spread on paper towel to cool.
Store in airtight container.
