Zesty Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope good seasons italian salad dressing mix, potatoes, 1 stick margarine and 1/4 to 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Scrub and slice potatoes, but do not peel.
Spread potatoes in a casserole dish.
