Zesty Carrots
Zesty Carrots is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. carrots, peeled and cut into 2 1/2 x 1/4-inch strips, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 2 tbsp. horseradish sauce, 2 tbsp. grated onion and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cook carrot strips covered in small amount of water, boiling for 5 minutes or until tender-crisp; drain.
Put into shallow casserole.
Mix the mayonnaise, horseradish sauce, onion, salt and pepper and spread on carrots.
Combine bread crumbs and melted butter and sprinkle over mayonnaise mix.
Bake 15 minutes at 375Β°. Yields 6 servings.
