Zesty Carrots
Zesty Carrots is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 large carrots (about 1 1/4 lb.), 2 tbsp. onion, finely chopped, 2 tbsp. prepared horseradish, 1/2 c. mayonnaise and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cut carrots, julienne style.
Cook until tender (about 6 to 8 minutes).
Drain carrots, reserving 1/4 cup liquid.
Turn carrots into a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
In small bowl, combine onion, horseradish, mayonnaise, reserved liquid from carrots and salt and pepper to taste.
Pour over carrots, spreading evenly.
Toss bread crumbs with butter; sprinkle over top.
Bake 15 minutes at 375Β°. Makes 6 servings.
