Zesta Cracker Candy is an easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. canned milk, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 6 tsp. peanut butter, 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring and 32 zesta crackers, crushed fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix milk sugar.
Put in small pot.
Come to rapid boil. Stir constantly for 3 minutes.
Take off burner. Add crackers, peanut butter and vanilla flavoring; mix well.
Pour in small square pan or glass with margarine (grease it lightly).
Let cool and cut in squares.
