Mix cake mix and water, pat into a greased and floured 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 375Β°.
Layer with marshmallows, M&M's and peanuts.
Bake 2 to 4 minutes or until melted.
Cool completely.
Cut into squares.
Serves 24.
