"Yummy" Pumpkin Pie Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large can pumpkin, 3 eggs, 1 1/4 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. milk and 2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Beat together pumpkin, eggs, sugar, milk, cinnamon and nutmeg. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan, ungreased.
Sprinkle with yellow cake mix over pumpkin mixture and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Bake at 350Β° for an hour or longer.
Test with toothpick when it comes out clean.
