Yummy Potatoes
Yummy Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 7 large white potatoes, 1 stick margarine, 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted), 1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted) and 1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Boil potatoes in the skins; cool.
Peel; shred into a 9 x 13-inch glass dish.
Heat 1 stick margarine and soups.
Add cheese, sour cream and onion.
Stir mixture into potatoes.
Mix 2 tablespoons melted margarine and corn flakes; sprinkle on top. Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 45 minutes.
Cool 15 minutes before serving.
Yields 10 to 15 servings.
