Yummy Hot Fudge Sauce
Yummy Hot Fudge Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. evaporated milk, 2 c. sugar, 4 oz. unsweetened chocolate, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Heat milk and sugar to rolling boil in 2-quart saucepan, stirring constantly.
Boil and stir 1 minute.
Add chocolate and salt.
Stir until chocolate melts, then beat with rotary beater until smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla. Keeps well in jar in refrigerator (if the family doesn't find it).
